We thought about it for quite a long time. And to be honest, we had some doubts. But we decided to offer it anyway: the Alpha Audio Pro Network Service. A service in which we can advise on network solutions as well as take care of installation and configuration.
Alpha Audio has been researching the influences of a data network on sound reproduction for years. It started with listening tests, but has expanded in recent years to deep measurements and tests combined with listening. This is to determine what does and does not affect playback.
Those studies have taught us a lot in terms of the interaction between a network and a streamer, server or dac. And with that, we can help our readers get the most out of their system.
Advice and installation
We get a lot of questions in the mail about switches, power supplies, isolators, cables, et cetera. We answer all those questions, but we really want to go further than just answering questions. We actually want to help you by giving extensive advice, or actually doing the installation at your home. And that is why we have now launched the Pro Network Service.
This service takes care of everything. We can give advice, but also do the installation. We only use equipment we fully support. And where our measurements have also shown that the device – or tweak – does what it is supposed to do. No ‘black box’ vague products, but only stuff that really works. Alpha Approved so to say!
