We attach the ATC HTS40’s to our CI wall using the templates that are in the box. In our case there are also some nice, white fronts. That just looks tight. Attaching these on-walls is quite easy, but we really recommend to do it with two people, considering the weight of the speakers. With 23kg each, the chance of breaking your back and dropping the ATC’s is quite high.

As control we use our Illusonic IAP8, with behind it the B + K Components multi-channel power amplifier. It has enough power to the ATCs with about 85dB / W / M efficiency to drive. As a source we have a Sony 4K blu-ray player and a Metrum Acoustics Baby Ambre. Cables come from Audioquest. Filtering consists of four Isotek Isoplugs divided over a pair of sockets.

We played both streamed (Netflix, Roon) and optical media.
