Since we don’t have speaker cable with open plugs, annoyingly, importer One Hifi provided us with an Audioquest Type 9 cable. We mainly used the built-in dac and streamed via coax with our Sonnet Hermes. Little hardware, little cables. A simple but very capable system. By the way, with a Cyrus Audio streamer, CD player or CD transport you can easily stay within the same brand. For this test, we primarily used the Vienna Acoustics monitors because they matched the Cyrus i7-XR so well.
