Denafrips, as a relatively new brand, puts three nice dacs on the market. Of course we still have the Pontus and the 'normal' Terminator, but we were not able to include them. Of these three, we find the Ares II and Terminator Plus the most interesting. The Venus II - as in the Livestream - didn't manage to win our hearts. Weird, but true. The Ares II is just an incredibly nice dac for the money. And the Terminator Plus: a beast in terms of resolution, control and staging. Warmly recommended.

What do you mean by the “restlessness” of a DAC ? I’ve had the Ares II and now I have the Venus II but I don’t see what you mean 🙂
