Record Store Day (aka RSD) itself is already over, but there is a new event for vinyl lovers: RSD in the Black Friday edition. Expect more than 170 exclusive releases, listed here. The rule is: gone is gone, so be quick if you really want something. There are big names on the release list, such as Prince, De La Soul and demos by Joni Mitchell
Quality versus quantity
RSD Black Friday, according to its creators, is meant to draw people away from mass consumption on regular Black Friday. And instead go for quality, unique releases. This event is obviously a bit smaller in scale than Record Store Day itself, but there is more than enough great stuff to make a true vinyl lover’s heart beat faster. Make a note: November 24th!
