Dutch Aelivé and Concerto join forces, creating the ‘Ultimate Linn Dealer’ and marking a new chapter for both companies.
Martijn van Buren (Aelivé hifi) and Alex Esser (Concerto Audio) – all Dutch – have officially joined forces under the unified name Aelivé hifi. “With this merger, a new chapter begins for both renowned hi-fi specialists, offering customers the combined expertise, a broader product range, and an even higher level of service,” according to the official announcement.
It continues: “Both Aelivé and Concerto have long been among the leading retailers of Linn audio equipment in the Netherlands. They also represent a wide range of other high-end audio brands. The unification under the Aelivé hifi banner marks an important step in the continued growth and professionalization of both companies.”
With over 50 years of combined experience, a shared passion for music at the highest level, and a loyal customer base, this collaboration is described as both logical and powerful. “The synergy created by joining forces results in deep product knowledge, personal attention, and an unmatched selection of premium equipment—all coming together under one organization.”
Three Locations
Aelivé hifi will now operate from three locations: Amsterdam, Baarn, and Woerden. “This allows the company to serve an even broader group of music lovers with the quality and service expected at the top end of the market. The rebranding of the Concerto website to concerto-audio.aelive.nl is already well underway and marks the beginning of this promising collaboration. In addition to an expanded product portfolio, Aelivé hifi will also offer a wide selection of pre-owned equipment, of course with the trusted warranty and service,” the newly formed company confirms.
